How to access Njji Journey. The service is based on Midjourney, a neural network that generates images from text descriptions. We talked about the service in detail in a separate article. Niji Journey is based on Midjourney, but is trained only on anime and manga. It was created in collaboration with the developers of Waifulabs, the authors of the first neural network generator of anime characters. To access Niji Journey, you need to join the neural network community on Discord. The main Midjourney has a different server.
How to generate an anime image. Niji Journey works in exactly the same way as Midjourney. Look for image-generation channels on the server. Other users will generate images there together with you. To have the neural network generate an image, you need to enter the /imagine command in any of the chats and come up with a request.
What can be generated in Niji Journey
Anime characters. Niji Journey is much better at generating anime characters than Midjourney because it knows the styles of many popular titles. According to AITuts, Niji Journey always accurately captures the image of Rei and Asuka from Evangelion, Rin and Saber from Fate/stay night, Zero 2 from “Beloved in Franxx,” and Sasuke from “Naruto.” The more fan art a character has, the more likely the neural network is to replicate it.
You can start generating from scratch, or you can take a picture and use it as a reference. Fan art, for example, is a good starting point. The model will take details from the original image and combine them with the character.
